Full architectural Services
We will take your ideas from design through to completion managing all phases of the contract. We will guide you through the process of appointing an architect, developing designs, utilising other consultants, obtaining planning and tendering for contractors. We can offer service for all or any stage of the process and can operate as project managers for the works.
Bespoke furniture and joinery
We incorporate bespoke joinery in many of our projects to provide our clients with a unique and personal space. We work with expert joiners and furniture makers based in Italy to also provide bespoke furniture and lighting pieces. We are happy to discuss joinery or furniture pieces either independently or as part of a larger project.
Interior Design
We believe in beauty inside and out. As such we offer an interior design service to our clients either as part of a larger full contract project, or as a discrete service. We have worked across a range of budgets and are equally happy providing bespoke pieces or sourcing items from other suppliers. We have close links with auction houses and designers across the Italy to help provide interesting pieces.
Feasibility Reports & Sketch Schemes
We recognise that undertaking projects can be a complex and daunting proposition. We have found that providing clients with more information about the processes of hiring an architect and developing a project helps a great deal. For a fixed fee we offer clients a pack which explores the options available given a certain space, budget or motivation; developing their initial thoughts and ideas into a more detailed plan. We also provide estimates of costs, requirements and timescales with which to make a more informed decision.
Finally we provide clients with plans, sketches or full 3D renders to help them visualise the project and better define their ideas.
Planning and Building Regulations Services
We offer full planning and building regulations services either as part of contracts or as a fixed fee service. We can offer advice on designing projects for success or make full applications on your behalf.
We can also advise on how to proceed with your project following planning permission.
